Just some poems

Sooooo I was browsing around the wonderful lovely internet earlier today and then decided to take a break and actually doing something productive. So I decided to clean up my messy desktop filled with pictures that I randomly saved here and there. In the midst of doing that I found this lovely poem that I saved a while ago but completely forgot about it and I thought it would be nice to share so here it is

After a while you learn
the subtle difference between
holding a hand and chaining a soul
and you learn
that love doesn't mean leaning
and company doesn't always mean security.
And you begin to learn
that kisses aren't contracts
and presents aren't promises
and you begin to accept your defeats
with your head up and your eyes ahead
with the grace of a woman, not a grief of child
and you learn
to build all your roads on today
because tomorrow's ground is
too uncertain for plans
and futures have a way of falling down
in mid-flight.
After a while you learn
that even sunshine burns
if you get to much
so you plant your own garden
and decorate your own soul
instead of waiting for someone
to bring you flowers.
And you learn that you really can endure
you really are strong
you really do have worth
and you learn
and you learn
with every goodbye, you learn...

After A While - Veronica A. Shoffstall

The next poem I was able to discovered all thanks to a friend (well. more like an acquaintance) who happened to create a video art based on this poem for her final project. The video turns out to be breathtakingly awesome and so does the poem itself.

If you grow up the type of woman men want to look at,
you can let them look at you. But do not mistake eyes for hands.
Or windows.
Or mirrors.
Let them see what a woman looks like.
They may not have ever seen one before.
If you grow up the type of woman men want to touch,
you can let them touch you.
Sometimes it is not you they are reaching for.
Sometimes it is a bottle. A door. A sandwich. A Pulitzer. Another woman.
But their hands found you first. Do not mistake yourself for a guardian.
Or a muse. Or a promise. Or a victim. Or a snack.
You are a woman. Skin and bones. Veins and nerves. Hair and sweat.
You are not made of metaphors. Not apologies. Not excuses.
If you grow up the type of woman men want to hold,
you can let them hold you.
All day they practice keeping their bodies upright--
even after all this evolving, it still feels unnatural, still strains the muscles,
holds firm the arms and spine. Only some men will want to learn
what it feels like to curl themselves into a question mark around you,
admit they do not have the answers
they thought they would have by now;
some men will want to hold you like The Answer.
You are not The Answer.
You are not the problem. You are not the poem
or the punchline or the riddle or the joke.
Woman. If you grow up the type men want to love,
You can let them love you.
Being loved is not the same thing as loving.
When you fall in love, it is discovering the ocean
after years of puddle jumping. It is realizing you have hands.
It is reaching for the tightrope when the crowds have all gone home.
Do not spend time wondering if you are the type of woman
men will hurt. If he leaves you with a car alarm heart, you learn to sing along.
It is hard to stop loving the ocean. Even after it has left you gasping, salty.
Forgive yourself for the decisions you have made, the ones you still call
mistakes when you tuck them in at night. And know this:
Know you are the type of woman who is searching for a place to call yours.
Let the statues crumble.
You have always been the place.
You are a woman who can build it yourself.
You were born to build.
The Type - Sarah Kay

Both are coincidentally revolve around woman. Both are equally quite depressing, but there is a sense of strength and optimism on both poems that I find truly beautiful. Don't tell me you didn't get teary eyes after reading them. Nope? Just me? Okay moving on.

Another reason those two poems really struck me to the core, aside from the fact that they were beautifully written and filled with awesome metaphors, is that I absolutely can relate to those words. I know, crazy huh? Those are pretty deep stuff right there so I guess I AM quite deep? All jokes aside I really do feel that every woman can see themselves in those two poems and feel somewhat empowered after reading them.

My favorite lines from After A Whilepoem is basically everything. Adore it way too much to the point I cannot pick my favorite line. That poem is just too beautiful as a whole. As for The Type I have picked a few favorites but after watching Sarah Kay herself reading the poem with such emotion in her voice, I'm not gonna lie it becomes quite a task to pick a favorite lines. Some words and sentences that wasn't really get me before suddenly come alive when she read it. But nonetheless here are my favorite lines from The Type:

You are a woman. Skin and bones. Veins and nerves. Hair and sweat.
You are not made of metaphors. Not apologies. Not excuses.

Only some men will want to learn
what it feels like to curl themselves into a question mark around you,
admit they do not have the answers
they thought they would have by now;
some men will want to hold you like The Answer.
You are not The Answer.
You are not the problem. You are not the poem
or the punchline or the riddle or the joke.
It is hard to stop loving the ocean. Even after it has left you gasping, salty.
Forgive yourself for the decisions you have made, the ones you still call
mistakes when you tuck them in at night.
I love how the above sentences emphasize on a woman's worth. A lot of times I tend to labelled myself as unworthy so it is nice to be reminded that (as Sarah Kay puts it) I am not made of metaphors, not apologies, not excuses, and that I am more that just an answer. Neither am I the problem nor the joke. I also particularly love the last bit of the poem:
And know this:
Know you are the type of woman who is searching for a place to call yours.
Let the statues crumble.
You have always been the place.
You are a woman who can build it yourself.
You were born to build.

I do search for a place to call mine and as scary and impossible as it may sounds, I do hope I can build it myself. You know I thought things would get easier post university. You just chase after your dreams right? And hopefully meet your soulmate along the way. Oh how totally wrong I was. Sometimes I wish life comes with a guidebook to tell you the all right things to do. To save you from all those judging eyes. Fail proof way to life your life. Decision making for dummies. Whatever you want to call it. Seeing most of my friends begin to make it on their own as they are getting a job and start paving the beginning of their career path, I sometimes can't help but comparing my own life to them which is not what I am supposed to do, but it just happened sometimes. And being an introverted anti social human being without a mother figure that she can pour her heart out to and take advice from make it THAT much more difficult. Okay this is getting a little bit too far. I probably need some sleep. It is getting late so good night!

Well hello

Well well it's been quite a while since the last time I pay a visit to this place that I consider my humble abode on this massive world of internet. Please excuse me while clean up all the dust and spider web that have been accumulating in the corner.

Well then you must be wondering.. what brings me here? What on earth could possibly be so compelling that it actually moves me to make a post about it?

Well since you've asked, the answer is..... How I Met Your Mother Finale.

So I already watched it yesterday, it went down pretty much like this:
It was rather a peaceful afternoon, then I decided to take a break from doing my thesis and look for something to watch. Something preferably fun to cool my brain off. And then it crossed my mind... I HAVEN'T SEE HIMYM'S FINALE YET! So off to tubeplus I went with the expectation of having a laugh, possibly picking up a few life lessons here and there, you know, it's just another HIMYM episode after all.

But no.

IT. WASN'T. JUST. ANOTHER. EPISODE.

IT WAS THE LAST ONE.

IT WAS SOOOO GOOD.

SO GOOD TO THE POINT I WAS BAWLING MY EYES OUT BY THE TIME I FINISHED WATCHING IT.

So to whoever is reading this right now, if you haven't see it I will do you a favor by not spoiling anything so you better go watch it right now. It is seriously THAT good.

By the way I watched it again shortly after I finished it,
and I cried again.

Yes, THAT good.

Or maybe it's just me hahaha having watch the show since high school and witness how the plot unraveled beautifully as it captured the unpredictability of life, I should expect a few tears coming out as I watch the last episode, but I didn't. So there you go.

Watch it and see for yourself.

I remember it all too well

You know that moment when something, a place perhaps? or a song.. a sweet familiar scent.. the path you used to take.. You know when those things trigger a stream of memory long forgotten and somehow it manages to break through the dam you foolishly built, thinking that it would be enough, but apparently it doesn't so the stream of memory continues to flow and fill your mind until it finally found its way out through your eyes, sliding down your cheek, but even in the midst of chaos inside, you are still grateful to witness something beautiful, because for a moment there, through the teary eyes, just before the tears roll down.. there is this blur galore that creates this ocean of dreamy bokeh that  surrounds you, and for a second there you thought maybe things are not as bad as it seems.. maybe one way or another you will find your way again through the confusing maze of life, but then the tears fall down, and everything was clear again.. turns out the dreamy bokeh are nothing more than street lights along the highway.. and the memory in your head is just.. a memory, and you have classes that day, and it is still hot outside even though it is beginning of November already, and there's people you miss and things you regret, and your finals are coming exactly next month, and you wonder if the people you sometimes wander about are wondering about you, and you'll reach 20 in a little over a month, and you secretly wish the things you've lost could find it's way back one way or another, and then you hear the rain is pouring outside.. but you are perfectly snuggly and tucked in and typing this post and then you look over and think.. maybe it's not that bad, maybe if you look hard enough.. just maybe.. you can find bits and pieces of happiness left scattered inside, which is not a lot but hopefully would be just enough to keep you going until you've reached whenever you're suppose to be, until you meet the people you've missed, until the memory becomes reality once again, and until the dreamy bokeh doesn't turn out to be street lights along the highway even when your vision are perfectly clear.

The One I'm Chasing After

Before things turn sour
and hopes wither
Caught up in delusional desire
Can you do me a favor?
Just help me remember
The one I'm chasing after

Go wherever
to find the answer
Give up my forever
to spend with you later
Please help me remember
The one I'm chasing after

Lie down here
Hoping to get near
Is it summer? Why it's getting colder?
Soon enough everyone will gather
to help me remember
The one I'm chasing after

Dust is mixing with air
Commotion everywhere
Though my heart's bitter
Now I'm able to remember
Somewhere out there
The one I'm chasing after

Days go by, yes I suffer
but keep looking for my dear
Finally... finally here
Among the crowd across the barrier
Saw a face looking familiar
We are staring at one another
Me and the one I'm chasing after

Knock knock

Who's there?
It's me, holiday.
Say wuuutt? o_0

Yeaaah holiday is within my grasp. It's next week! Although I barely studied anything during short semester (all I ever did were get into classes, some swimming, a little workout, some drawing with wacom thingy, yada yada) but it feels amazingg to actually ACTUALLY embrace the holiday that's coming. Um, no, I actually don't have anything planned but hopefully something cool will unfold during the holiday, which.. I highly doubt but aaanyway it's been sale season lately!

I've been searching for a cheap.. I mean, affordable peplum top but no luck so far :( but on the other hand, I managed to build up my skirt collection. I'm also looking for dresses, but no luck. I've been eyeing this one minty green dress from pull&bear that I loooveeeee because of the delicate non tacky floral pattern and light flowy fabric, so when I heard that they're having a sale, I was like "you are sooooo gonna be in my closet tonight" but then I stormed inside the store only to find out they reduced only 100.000idr from the original price, which was 599k idr. So I was like, nothing to do here ~(/ '__')/ Same thing goes for Zara, I couldn't manage  to score any of the pretty peplums since every single one is still too overpriced even after the sale! Overly priced chained stores, please have mercy on me. All I want is a peplum top and I'd be as happy as a bee! And maybe you can add a few cute dresses also, just a few, and some outerwears, light scarves, and probably bags and shoes.. geez I cannot begin to tell you how short I am on accessories. Well before it goes on and on I probably should be going back to do.. whatever I was doing sooo au revoirrr

And one last thing, I finally fixed the headerrr. But it's looking too plain I think :/ I might do something about it later.

5.23.2012

As you can see I tried to change my header earlier today and I totally got the sizing wrong therefore it appeared too big, and then I thought about altering it only to realize that I totally forget how to! So I decided to delete it and see what would appear, and voila! A teeny tiny misplaced header on the top left of the blog, oh well I then decided to left it like that for an undisclosed amount of time.

Anyway this week is the first week of short semesterrr. The dreadful 4th semester are wayyy behinddd. I only took 2 subjects on this short semester which are digital art and sport, both are soooooo not me! Digital art terrified me before, I mean, the name of the subject is already intimidating! It's like something heavily involve in technology and computer and stuff like that and here I am being technologically challenged, decided to take the plunge and turns out... it's not so bad at all! Which definitely come to me as a surprise, so on the first meeting which was last Monday we were asked to draw an apple using an existing example and we had to do it with wacommm! It was my first time using it, and it was confusing at first but I think I managed to get a hang of it in the end.

Next was sport, I took it merely because it was an easy subject. And for the first timeee we got a native english speaking lecturerrr. Wohooo! So I think this short semester would be easy breezy which is exactly what I need after last semester which was... where should I even begin? It was sooo messed up, full of drama, sadness, yet it was boring and also tiring at the same time, both physically and emotionally, not only in class, like education wise, but also friendship wise and everything. So now that it's all over and things start to calm down and the sun shines, birds are chirping, I guess.. I'll try my best to spare some time to write on this blog again.

Till next timeee

Last Week

FRIENDS. Another meet up with my friends last Wednesday! We watched Underworld which was.. fine I guess, I don't really get it since I didn't watch the previous movie and some of the fighting scenes were pretty disturbing for my liking :s

BED SHEET. My dad randomly found this forgotten spongebob bed sheet on Tuesday and I just can't wait to put it on, so I did it the following day. Couldn't resist rolling on it over and over again that it makes me feel like a giant sushi.

RAMEN. Finally went to Ikkousha! Home of the so called best ramen in town. I ordered the chicken ramen and it was.. good. I don't have the urge to come back as soon as possible though, like some people probably do. Honestly I think it's a little bit overhype, but hey maybe it's just me and my awful taste buds.

POLKADOT. The moment I saw the peterpan collar and the sheer, flowy material.. it triggered sparks in my eyes. It took us looong time though to finally decided on buying it, but I'm so glad we did.

Hello I'm very sleepy but I need to work on my typography assignment. Noooooo I hate typography. Well, on a second thought, I hate assignments in general. I just finished my computer graphic assignment and right now I'm taking a break/ procrastinating on typography assignment, but it's 9pm already and I should probably start doing it sooo I need to get off the internet.. which is hard.. but I have to.. and I'm totally rambling right now.. ok bye.

A Quick Get Together

After several unsuccessful attempts on making plans to meet up, me and my friends finally managed to spare some time for each other. The day started without me though, as they went to our former high school and grabbed some lunch at around 1 pm, and then they went straight to my another friend's house, which is actually our junior in high school. Later that day they went to Pluit Junction, and I finally able to join in the fun when they had dinner at  Callista Garden.

Low quality pictures are such a pain to edit :/

Lousy Monday

Not much happened today, aside from the fact that my typography lecturer decided not to show up therefore two hours was spent on watching a movie about helvetica, and earlier today, another two were spent on listening to my design & art appreciation lecturer rambled on and on about influential American and Swiss graphic designers. How exciting... NOT and then I accompanied my dear friend Lovi on her shift at ALT registration booth and then we ate something and then she bought a pair of socks to be worn on the ALT event thingy and that pretty much how my day has been. Thank you for reading and as a reward I will present you with a few photos from my Singapore trip during new year last month.

Decided to post my first lookbook photo just now. Don't have any expectations that the zero right there would turn into any other numbers anytime soon hahaha.

19th Birthday

Sooo last Thursday was my 19th birthdayyy. I initially didn't have any plans, and even if I did, going to Karawaci will NOT be included in any of them, but theeennn my friends wanted to go to eskrim om and as a very very very nice friend I have to come along. So we all agreed to go on Thursday. Well, eskrim om on my birthday it is! Yay! Each of us got 2 flavours, I went for straaa...ciella? I don't quite remember, and the other one was something... cream. He should give his ice creams simpler names for sure.  Anyway after that, off we went to Summarecon Mall Serpong or SMS for short. After wandered around for a bit, we decided to have a dinner at Olive House. I ordered carbonara, a very creamy carbonara it was. Nom nom nom.

Then after we've all finished our food. My friend Ellyn went to the toilet, but I had no idea that she was actually getting a bithday cake. She had such a pokerface and that performance deserves an Oscar, really.

I just noticed that abang2 in the background was posing for the camera -_-

Thank youuuuu Ellyn and Jo Nggg. I thought nothing can beat my 18th birthday last year, but I was proven wrong! And did I mention that my dad got me a guitar as birthday present? I've ask for it for quite a while and finally got it last week. Thankyou papaaaaa.

And out of boredom I finally log in to my tumblr account which I made long time ago but never used since I don't really get the hang of it. Then after staring at it for a while,  I finally realized that there is this tiny box on the right side with a box which contain a picture of a magnifier on its right. Guess what? It's the great invention of the century called search box, and you just type whatever keywords you like, then hit the magnifier thing and voila a stream of pretty pictures is flooding on your screen. OH WOW I FINALLY FIGURED OUT HOW TO LOOK FOR PRETTY PICTURES ON TUMBLR!!! ...and i can't stop tumblr-ing ever since! I fell like reblogging everything it's insane. Pay a visit on my tumblr! http://dailydella.tumblr.com/

HOLA HOLIDAY

Finally! It's HOLIDAAAYYYYY WOHOOOO! Not much happened today but yesterday was amazingggggg. So yesterday I went out with doraaaaa, she picked me up at 11 and then we went to pv to watch Arthur Christmas but the cinema hasn't opened yet so I was like "Let's go to Puri" and then off we go. Unfortunately there was no Arthur Christmas at puri XXI so we watched Tintin instead. It was pretty entertaining. After that we're off to dm mall where I FINALLY found affordable-but-decent-material santa hattt aaaaaaa super happy! Both of us got the same oneee and then we're off again to eat bakmi abang abanggg nyahahhaha. Theennn we wandered around for quite a while before the day ended and I came back home. And she got me early birthday present! Spongebob pencil case, Spongebob contact lens case, a christmas song cd and my favourite song cd that she burned herself, all wrapped up in a Spongebob shopping bag. Oh my gosh the cds are the cutest thing everr since the front and back cover are DIY, she wrote and decorated them herself so it was very thoughtful of her. THANKYOUUUUUUU DORAAA :*

Things That I like

Despite having finals starting tomorrow, I feel rather calm and... happy. Which is weird, I should be a ball of nervous wreck right about now, hmm maybe due to the fact that most of my finals are take home, so since I'm a design student, for finals we were given instructions a few weeks prior about all crap that we have to make and then during calm period, which is a week off right before finals, we would tackle them one by one. Sooo I've done mine, all of them, and I am surprisingly pleasant with the end results, except the one for computer graphic class. That one sucked and I will definitely start that one over.

So since a few days ago while looking for inspiration all over the internet, I found some nice pictures of things that I love and I thought "hey it deserves a post on my blog" so here we go.

- Chandelier
I used to think they're just okay, but right now I love them. Chandeliers are just super pretty.

- Lace
Lace has never been my cup of tea, it really came as a surprise when I realize how pretty they actually are, especially on clothes.

- Christmas
Now tell me, who doesn't love Christmas? It's that time of a year where happiness seems to be everywhere.

- Bokeh
I just found them mesmerizing.

- Peterpan collar
Makes everything a gazillion times prettier.

- Anything sheer and delicate
I think the picture is pretty self-explanatory don't you think?

- Neutral shades
I used to think that I would never wear something flesh tone because it looks stupid, but you know what they say, "Never saayyy never"

-Bows
I didn't realize that i like bows until one day I looked through my clothes and realize that I have quite a lot of tops with bows attached on them.

-Kaya Scodelario
She played Effy on Skins and I loooove her both on and off screen. Her look is just very strikingly beautiful.

- Coco Rocha
She's one kick ass model and I just adore her down to earth and crazy personality.

Well it's 9:41 PM alreadyyyyyy and my room's a total mess so I'm gonna stop right here. BYE. Geez blogging always makes time seem to fly way way waaay faster :s

Breaking Dawn part 1!

After major disappointment towards new moon and eclipse.. FINALLY Breaking Dawn brings something worth watching to the table. Mark my words, it is obviously not the best movie ever but Breaking Dawn is surely miles ahead compared to its previous installments. Here are some of my favourite parts of the movie:

- The wedding, it's just.. pretty and the moment Flightless Bird American Mouth was played on the background, I was like, LOOOOOOVEEE <3

- When Bella awkwardly poses in lingerie and intentionally laying on bed in a seductive manner beside Edward. Also how they spent some quality time playing chess against each other is just sooooo sweet and sincere

- The moment Edward saw Bella, when all that's left of her was just flesh and bone really broke my heart :"(

- The moment Edward heard the baby's thoughts and how happy Bella's face when he shared it with her is just very endearing

- The flashbacks when Bella was transforming into a vampire was AH-MAZINGGG, they used lots of scenes from Twilight which is totally icing on the cake.

So Breaking Dawn definitely exceeds my expectation which is a good thing, but considering how bad New Moon and Eclipse was, I didn't set the bar too high on this one on the first place, which is... not a good thing. But I'm happily surprised though, New Moon and Eclipse made me neither team Edward nor Jacob, but after Breaking Dawn I think I'm slowly creepin back to team Edward wohooo

November 5, 2011

Today would go down in history as the most unproductive day ever. Spent this whole day doing practically nothing (watching tv and eating don't count) Anyway I've been editing photos using photoshop for hours today and here are some of them.

I just freaking changed my blog headerrr aaaaaaa OH WOW never thought I could ever done that since arranging blogger's layout has always been something I've struggled with for a long loooooonggg timeee! But I just did it soooo hooray for meee hahahhaa anyway the photo was taken from our little photoshoot session for photography assignment. It requires us to snap photos with five different lightings that has been learnt in class. HOW. EXCITING.

Well it's 12.25 am already and i've ran out of things to say (lazy blogger alert) sooooooo til next timeee CAO

November 1, 2011

Heeeeelloooooo

Life’s been extremely awesome these days, yes there are still some minor troubles here and there but still, I would be such a whiner if I ever dare to complain about that since everything went rather smoothly these past few days.

Sooooo last Friday I was in my uni until late at night, until about 9 pm to be exact. I was there for one particular reason which waaaaasssss to watch two of my housematesss battle it out head to head on a basketball match woohooo. The match was between accounting and food technology. This has never happened before and it’s kind of tricky since when one of them won it means the other one lost the game so I should be both happy and sad after the game ended hahahhaha. Anyway I have neevvveerr been a fan of basketball and I was there purely to give some moral support for both of them. I’ve been doing it since last semester and I believe I have never missed any of their games, except on the first semester on this sports event for new students called PORANG (not quite sure about the spell -_-) I practically missed every game they had hahhaaha.

So clearly, I didn’t understand a thing about basketball and I even fell asleep once when I watched ellyn played, even the ball hates me!! There was this one time when I watched dora played, I swear someone threw the ball on my direction, not purposely of course, but still it scared the hell outta me since it was almost freaking hit meeee!! And it happened again yesterday! But I’ll still watch either of them plays anyway. I usually become the lazy one when it comes to things like this, that’s why I missed every single game they had during porang, but I remember when dora played again on second semester, she told me to come and watch and so did Ellyn, and then the laziness in me suddenly flew out of the window. I don’t know, somehow I feel less useless when I came to support my friends. I’m not sure how to put it in proper words, it’s almost like it helps them just by being present to watch the game and since my presence usually go unnoticed at most times it feels incredible when finally for once, my presence means something for my friends and that’s the least I can do to support them anyway. Nowadays I would feel super guilty if I ever miss any of their games, I would feel like a mom who missed her own kid’s game hahhahahaha.

Anywaaay yesterday I sat along with food tech’s supporter since their bench was closer to the entrance and I happen to know one of Ellyn’s friend who is Susuuuu so I sat next to her. None of my other housemates could make it to the game so thank God she was there, otherwise I had to sit in the middle of a bunch of people I don’t even know. So I was sitting behind this girl, and this particular girl was SUPERR OBNOXIOUSSS, she was screaming all over the place! I mean, I get it that she wants to support her friends but her act was just waaaaaay over the top. And theeeen there was this one time when dora scored, and I was about to clap my hands until I realized the fact that I was literally sandwiched between food tech’s supporter and clapping my hands when someone from accounting just scored, might just cost me my life. Okay maybe I do exaggerate a tiny bit, but they will definitely had this urge to murder me if I ever had the guts to do that, especially the obnoxious girl in front of me. The only person in that crowd who I could stand was obviously Susuuu.

Well, it's 2.05 am according to my mac so lets end this post by praying that none of food tech’s supporter would read any of this crap I just wrote, especially the obnoxious girl because if they do, my biggest fear would be that they might have this plan to hire a detective to hunt me down, in the mean time, they would be inventing some kind of poisonous FOOD with TECHNOLOGY they've learnt so when the detective finally tracked me down, they could shove it down my throat. Hmm I just exaggerated once again hahahhaha cao for now

HOLA

After working my ass off since Friday, I'm going to take a few moments to breath... and blog! Lets see last Friday was quite special, I have never ever thought that it would be the day when I bought my first OPI nailpolishhh aaaaaaaa it is called Are We There Yet from OPI Fall/Winter 2011 Touring America collection (yes, I just did my research hahaha thanks google) Anyway it is a suuuuuper pretty orangey coral colour which I've been looking for FOR AGES and when I laid my eyes on it, it was magical, as if it was screaming my name over and over again, plus they marked down the price a little bit, HOW CAN I RESIST??? OMGGGGG I looooveeee it sooooo muccchhhh I just noticed that the color has such a nice depth that it looks different under various lighting and on top of that it has this very fine pinkish shimmer which is totally the icing on the cake.

Well, I've always been a little obsessed on nailpolish, I've always had this dream about having a drawer full of OPI nailpolishes in every shades possible, even if I'm not going to wear every single colour that I own, just looking at those little babies would bring sprinkles of joy to my life that is full of sorrow HAHAHA BAHASA GUEEH GELAAAAA!! EHEM! Anywaaayyy my quest of finding the perfect coral nailpolish is finally overrr, next on my wishlist is probably a deep burgundy red? I don't know I've always wanted o try a deep red nailpolish but somehow it reminds me of an old woman? Hmm aaand cobalt blue might be fun to try, although most of the time I tend to gravitate towards softer colours when I went nailpolish hunting.

Another exciting news worth mentioning here isssss..... I just got myself a brand new maroon jeansssssss aaaaaaaa it was a long long story. So about 2 weeks ago I went to Stradivarius store in PI where I first laid my eyes on that gorgeous little thing, and then I immediately tried it on. To my disappointment, it was way to big, it makes my thighs look like a couple of overgrown gigantic turnips hmmm not good! So I went back to find one size smaller BUT to my disappointment AGAIN, the only one left was two size below which is 34, which, by the look of it will definitely squeeze the life out of my legs if I ever decided to try it on. So I went home, with images of that perfect maroon jeans dancing around in my head.. untilll yesterdayyyyyy when I went to CP and we were reuniteddd, this time my size was availableeeee it's like my prayers have been answered! I tried the damn pants on...... look in the mirror....... IT FITS PERFECTLY THANK YOU LORD!!! IT LOOKS AWESOME AND IT DIDNT MAKE MY THIGHS LOOKS BIG I LOVE YOU PANTS! SMOOCH!!

So that whole pants story bring us to the end of this post since I have to pack my stuff for tomorrowwwww. Caooo hopefully something exciting happen next week so I could keep this blog updated with awesome stories hahahahhaahaha
